Family Investment Foundation
The Family Investment Foundation is a 501(c)(3) component unit of Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation (KCDC). Its mission is to provide a collaborative effort with local governments, businesses, and individuals to address social, economic, educational, and health issues within the greater Knoxville community. Founded in 2003 to support the residents of KCDC housing, the Foundation focuses its efforts primarily on serving households with area median incomes (AMI) of 50% or below.
